There is a risk of urinary retention in patients with significant bladder obstruction in patients given Tolterodine LAA.

Common drug interactions with Detrol LA include:

• Fluoxetine
• Ketoconazole
• Phenytoin
• Clarithromycin
• Phenobarbital
• Warfarin 
• Diuretics
